Surrounded by beautiful park-like grounds, the Center is a quiet retreat where one can visit for relaxation and communion with God and nature. The Center's facilities, its warm hospitality, and the tranquility of the setting make it an ideal site for:

Guest accommodations for retreats and conferences are available for an afternoon, a weekend, several days, or longer. Daily meals are prepared on site and are served buffet style in the Dining Room.

The Center's spacious meeting rooms and dining areas can serve up to 90 people. Comfortable overnight accommodations are available with private bedrooms for up to 75 people.

For guests looking to stretch their legs after a day of retreat activities, the grounds offer the opportunity for a relaxing walk on the grounds or on many hiking trails in the nearby hills. Our courtyard is picturesque and offers yet another opportunity to relax and cleanse your mind and communicate mentally. We also have a Labyrinth walk on the grounds for your enjoyment.

Visitors to Emmitsburg can easily tour the nearby Grotto of Lourdes, the Civil War Battlefield in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and all the many sights Gettysburg has to offer. In addition, the historic city of Frederick, Maryland, is approximately 20 miles away. More about area attractions...
