Learn about the role that tea played in society in Elizabeth Ann Seton\u2019s time. You will have the opportunity to see her family\u2019s tea caddy (pictured above) and gain insight into the rituals around tea in her father, Richard Bayley\u2019s house. The artifact has been preserved and will be on display and the same variety of tea (some leaves were found in the caddy) that the family enjoyed will be available for sampling. Scott Keefer, Director of the Provincial Archives will lead the discussion of tea in America and how \u201ctea time\u201d played a part in daily family life.<\/p>\n
