At home, a startling discovery led him to the sign on at the Shrine and his service here continues to bless him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cWhile waxing and dusting my spare bed room I noticed a reflection on the night table. As I picked up the small, tarnished gray medallion, I immediately fell to my knees when I read the inscription of &#8220;Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton&#8221; and the back of the medal with &#8220;Pray for Us.&#8221; No one had stayed in the bedroom for nearly two months <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">and I had dusted and waxed that table several times. No guests had been in my home for several weeks. As a faithful catholic, I need no explanation. My prayer to serve had been heard, and the location to serve at had been delivered directly to me in the form of that medallion,\u201d he said. Daniel serves as a docent, a sacristan, and on the Seeds of Hope team, and was declared an affiliate of the Company of the Daughters of Charity in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cThe Seton Shrine is my gathering place to both receive from the Lord in grace and give back to the Lord in service.
