The new Seton Shrine Visitor Center and Museum will use engaging storytelling techniques to bring new vibrancy to Mother Seton’s message of faith and hope for a new generation of pilgrims.
The first renovations in 40 years include a new Visitor Center, Gift Shop, and Museum which boasts four permanent galleries, dozens of new artifacts (including Mother Seton’s infamous black cap), as well as two revolving exhibits in conjunction with the Daughters of Charity.
Thanks to the generosity of its donors, the National Shrine of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton will cut the ribbon on the new $4 million museum on Friday, September 22nd, 2023, and the celebratory event is open to the public.
Come usher in this exciting new chapter at the Seton Shrine this Fall and celebrate our dear Mother Seton!
