The Seton Shrine is hiring! Work at the site of the first American-born Saint's historic home, and share her remarkable story with thousands of visitors. We are looking for hard-working professionals with warm, dynamic personalities to serve our visitors in the roles below.

MAJOR GIFT OFFICER: The Major Gift Officer will work closely with the existing major gifts team, and will have a portfolio built on existing donors and proven qualification methods. The MGO reports directly to the Executive Director, and can be based out of Shrine or work remotely, preferably located within the mid-Atlantic area for ease of travel to the Shrine, as necessary. Primary responsibilities include Donor Cultivation & Solicitation, Major Gifts Strategy, Relationship Management, and more. The successful MGO will have three to six years’ experience soliciting five and six-figure gifts. He or she will be industrious, motivated, an excellent communicator, and highly organized. VISITOR EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR – Full-Time Gift Shop: The Seton Shrine is seeking a full-time friendly and hard-working team member to assist in helping guests in our Gift Shop. This will involve helping visitors find products, operating a register, answering phone calls, processing online and phone orders, receiving and tagging merchandise, and interacting with visitors before, during, and after their visits in a hospitable way. The schedule will be 30-40 hours over 5 days/week some weekend days. Occasional evening hours may be required. The Shrine offers competitive pay and this position offers opportunities for growth. VISITOR EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR –Weekend Part-Time Information Desk Receptionist: The Seton Shrine is seeking a friendly, engaging, creative person to join our team as a part-time Visitor Experience Facilitator (VEF). The VEF interacts directly with visitors by greeting, processing admissions and tickets, encourage interest in the Shrine’s programs and events, and provide short explanations of exhibits in the museum. The VEF also will complete data entry, daily reports and administrative related tasks required at the information desk. Training will be provided.
