Major Gift Officer
The Major Gift Officer will work closely with the existing major gifts team, and will have a portfolio built on existing donors and proven qualification methods. The MGO reports directly to the Executive Director, and can be based out of Shrine or work remotely, preferably located within the mid-Atlantic area for ease of travel to the Shrine, as necessary. Primary responsibilities include Donor Cultivation & Solicitation, Major Gifts Strategy, Relationship Management, and more. The successful MGO will have three to six years’ experience soliciting five and six-figure gifts. He or she will be industrious, motivated, an excellent communicator, and highly organized. Donor Systems Manager
The Donor Systems Manager is a pivotal member of the development team and works closely with the Executive Director, development advisors, and other Shrine staff. This position requires an operationally savvy person, who is proficient in the configuration and maintenance of CRMs, has a solid understanding of an integrated fundraising approach, and can work closely with others to drive technical and operational solutions. The manager must be collegial, a good communicator, and have respect for the life and work of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton. Primary responsibilities include Donor Database Management, Direct Response Support, Department Support, and more. The Donor Systems Manager will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing a donor CRM. Experience with a Blackbaud system is preferred, but not required.
