As a Historical Interpreter at the Seton Shrine—home to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton’s historic school and final resting place—you’ll have the opportunity to share her story and legacy in a way that resonates with each visitor. We’re seeking someone who can tailor their presentations with care, pivot thoughtfully in the moment, and interpret history and Elizabeth’s legacy in a way that invites understanding and inspiration.
The National Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is located in Emmitsburg, Maryland. On the campus with the Basilica, Museum, and Visitors’ Center are St. Elizabeth Ann’s original Stone House and White House, the Daughters of Charity residences, Archives, cemeteries, and Villa for residential care of the retired Sisters.
