Her Devotion Was Inspired by Work at Mother Seton House on Paca Street — The experience still empowers her

Mother Seton continues to inspire

(50 for 50 series)   I had the pleasure of working at the Mother Seton House on Paca Street in Baltimore.  Every time I shared the nine-minute video and life of Mother Ann Seton to those touring the house, I was more and more inspired by her life.  Pretty much her entire life she faced sorrow and hardship.  Her unwavering love for God made her resilient.  That resilience is amazing and empowers me.

I was amazed with how many people would come to see the house who were not from Maryland. Their devotion to Mother Seton was strong.  This too has inspired my spiritual journey.  Mother Seton was determined to survive and help not only her family but others.  Many of us pull strength from her.
